Mid-October marked the start of a contest we began on Twitter entitled "The Verified 10 Contest". For years, Twitter has had an influx of models who have twit pic'd and campaigned their way to five and six figure followers! We decided to put the models and their follower loyalty to the test. So, with the idea born we took to Twitter and our email database to notify the models of our contest. The rules were, the models had to have their followers tweet us the model's name with the phrase "is a 10" behind their favorite model's name. This would test the model's twitter follower loyalty and also let us see who was really as popular as they seemed. Well, before we knew it, the tweet counts to use exceeded 50,000 tweets in a few days! The contest ended on November 22nd, 2011. After long hours of counting the tweets/votes from the models' followers it was an overwhelming demand for model Sincerely Isyss.
She had over 20,000 tweets come in for her alone (though some were repeats), her followers were extremely loyal! As the winner of our contest Ms. Isyss wins $1K in cash, a 10 page spread in the premiere issue and 2012 Christian Louboutin heels. She campaigned diligently for her followers to vote even shooting her own YouTube clip appealing to her followers. This young woman has more than just physical beauty which we will reveal in her feature within the magazine. Congrats to Ms. Isyss!
